Thursday I have a blood test scheduled for in the morning.
My question is do these blood test that usually are used to check sugar levels and cholestrol usually turn back up with other information, drugs and such?
As lately i've had quite a taste of Molly, MXE, Ketamine and free range benzos.
Might even dabble in some ket tonight. :D

Unless they specifically are testing for those substances, no other info will show up. I had a blood test a while ago and had the same worries (I was smoking the wacky tobaccy daily, rolling on e and a line or two every other week).
I suppose if there was something really bad going on in your body because of drug abuse (like kidney failure or thyroid issues), they may order more tests, but if it's just for sugar/cholesterol/glycerin and you're relatively healthy, you won't have anything to worry about. My test didn't turn up any "extra info", though my cholesterol and glycerin was through the roof and my (cool) doc did tease me about cutting back on the munchies.

Sounds good, not sure if my liver enzymes are gonna be checked too or not, not even sure if that will matter.
